User Interface Failure- The login user interface DLL NWGINA.DLL fa

Hi,

A spyware got downlaoded accidently while i was surfing internet.
And while trying to remove the software from the regsistry, accidently
something got deleted.
So now i am getting the following error messgae when ia m trying to boot the
machine.

User Interface Failure
The login user interface DLL NWGINA.DLL failed to load
Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL or restore the original
DLL.


Kindly guide me in trobelshooting the probelm.

Can you use "Last known good configuration"? [Press F8 key repeatedly at
boot, then choose this option.]
