Hi i have a License for windows XP Home Edition is there is any way to
upgrade to windows XP Professional

Yes, you'll need to purchase a "Retail Upgrade" version of Windows XP
Professional.

There is no free upgrade if that's what your asking. You'll need to buy a
retail upgrade version of XP Pro.

You have to purchase either the Retail Upgrade version or the Retail
Full version of WinXP Pro. Both versions work regarding an upgrade.
