Updates ruins Outlook 2003

The update KB931768 and the latest KB933566 slows my Outlook down so I have
to remove them. How come?

Running IE7? Using HTML in Outlook? If so, reduce the list in restricted
sites, reload the updates and your Outlook will be back up to speed.
