Default UnPin/Pin Program Icon from the Program List using batch command

I know this is easy by just right click and click on "Remove From The List"
but I was wondering if this can be done via batch command. I saw few on how
to remove it but that is using VB scripts. Appreciate if someone can advise
me on how to do it using windows batch command.

Regards, Shah
