Just quick question how to uninstall Gmer utility correctly: it installs
gmer.exe, gmer.dll, gmer.sys, gmer.ini, gmer_uninstall.cmd files.
For uninstalling, there was specified to run C:\WINDOWS\gmer_uninstall.cmd
script and reboot.
The gmer_uninstall.cmd script contains code:
sc delete gmer
del system32\drivers\gmer.sys
del gmer.dll
del gmer.exe
pause
I done, this open dos prompt with info. But when I checked Windows folder, I
still find there gmer.ini and gmer_uninstall.cmd files. Can I remove this
files safely?
Get CCleaner, and run it after installing (reboot first after running
uninstall always) , it will safely remove all orphaned files. www.ccleaner.com
