unable to view some images, maps or moving images on explorer.

I have zone alarm and thought this maybe the problem however, still happenens
when dissabled. I attempted to view a virtual tour of a hotel but no photo or
tour just a small x. Have tried adjusting various settings but cannot get it
right. Any ideas.
