Unable to uninstall IntelliPoint 6.1 Mouse

I have tried to uninstall IntelliPoint 6.1 from my computer. When I click on
remove in control panel I receive the message that I am mixxing ip61.msi I
canot find this fole as I download the original installation fro Microsoft.
Is there a way to find or replace this file ???
