I have a computer running windows XP Home that has decided that it will not
allow me to create a Dialup network connection. I can use the PC with a
cable in my office but not where it will be installed. When I use the New
network wizard it allows me to go through all of the steps but when I click
"Finish" I get the error "Unable to create specified connection" it suggest
low memory or HardDrive space but both of those have more than enough space
available. Google didn't help. Any ideas?
Re: Unable to create specified connection - Dialup
Without knowing more, I would suggest checking/clearing previous VPN/Proxy
settings especially if this system will be running the dial up as default.
Good luck!
