Tsunami Speed 3500 external USB HDD closure

Is there an XP driver for Tsunami Speed 3500 somewhere?
I have used my Tsunami Speed 3500 with XP before.
But when I plug it in now XP lists the USB device as "Unknown Device"
and the harddisk inside is not visible. What has happened?
How do I fix it? Now I can't access the backup on the external disk.
