Themes

For some reason, the default theme for my XP Home desktop sporadically is
set when booting up. I can go to Properties to reset my customized theme
but something is preventing it from being selected sometimes when booting.
A system Restart will USUALLY correctly use my own theme. Can someone guide
me to the problem here? Maybe a corrupted settings file or a corrupt
Win.ini file??
