system restore - windows message -'the system is not fully install
I have a HP MX70 Pavilion 482, and recently ran system restore.
Unfortunately, had a power cut during system restore, now unable to use
computer. When I start up, I get the HP Invent blue screen, followed by the
Windows XP Home edition logo, then a 'bleep' sound, followed by a black
screen with a Windows Message as follows:'The system is not fully installed.
Please run Set-Up again'. I press 'OK',and the same thing happens again. I
have tried F8 Windows Advanced Options Menu, inSafe Mode etc, but the same
thing happens again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
