Default Stuck in safe mode?

So one day as I was playing a pc game (counter strike: source) it looked like
my video card had gotten messed up or something. So I removed the video card
and tried to run the game with the integrated video card. So when I reboot my
pc one of the startup programs that usually starts when my pc boot up is
McAfee. But it gives me an error saying that it cannot open because I may be
running Windows in dafe mode. So when I try to play counter strike it gives
me the same thing saying that the progaram can't run cuz im in safe mode. But
I've ran windos in both safe mode and started windows regulary. Also, when I
try to check my device drivers to uninstall my video card there are no
drivers displayed. I also get no sound, and says that my sound driver can't
be found. Is this some kind of virus? Can anyone help me out?

Please post copies of all Error and Warning Reports appearing in
the System and Application logs in Event Viewer for the last boot. No
Information Reports or Duplicates please. Indicate which also appear in
a previous boot.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308427/en-us

Part of the Description of the error will include a link, which you
should double click for further information. You can copy using copy
and paste. Often the link will, however, say there is no further
information.

(Please note the hyperlink above is for illustration purposes only)

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event
Viewer. Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of
the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from
Event Viewer.

Hope this helps.

I tried to copy the error and warning reports for the last boot, but the
dates go back to 2005. There aren't any recent dates on the reports.
