Default Strange Problems with XP Pro

hi all, I have a strange problem that when I open a program, it's fine on my
XP Pro, but after I minimiz it, the program won't show up in the toolbar ! I
need to use ALT + Tab to open the program again... !
another problem is... I also cannot use copy function at the same time... it
does not work ! and also, I cannot open local user and groups in Computer
Management !!!

how can I fix above problem, thanks a lot

Try Lady Kelly's tool:

Nothing comes out of the blue! Scan your system for Malware ASAP.

thx for your reply, but I tried TaskbarRepairToolPlus!.zip, I does not work
after I click it, in fact, no response at all...

Yeah, it's sneaky.. It downloads pretty fast to wherever your default
Download folder is located. Do a search on your hard drive for it.

You may want to perform the recommended malware scan first. If your system
is infested which is very likely, there is no need to waste any time with
patchwork concerning your taskbar problem. Note that malware can bypass any
anti-virus software easily when installed with administrative privileges.
This, however, seems to be the case since the computer management is
affected as well.
