Default Strange files in my root directory

I have a few hundred weird files in my root directory that seem to be
updated every day.

Here are some examples:

s3es.1i
s3es.1j
s3es.1k
s3es.5
s3es.6
s3es.7

whatever the file ends in is what the file "type" that is listed.
i.e. s3es.1i would be listed as a "i" file type.
The files are between 5 and 35 bytes.

When I open one of these with notepad, here is some of what I see.

I only took some of the file to keep some privacy.

Any advice is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
