Default Starting my computer

Everytime I start my computer, I get a message that says:
Passwords have been cleared!
Set switch Clear Password to open position before rebooting!
The only way past this is to push F1 each and everytime I start the computer.
Any suggestions?

Yes--wait more than 18 minutes before making another post on the same
problem. Check your original post for two responses.
