Shutting down

Hi people, wondering if anyboby can help me i am having some trouble shutting
down Win/XP home it take app 5minutes for the shut down box to appear on the
screen many thanks, Nugget

You may find the User Profile Hive cleaner to be of help, even if you are
the sole user of the computer:
