Check out KB246183 at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246183 - it has
a full list of steps to go through. It looks to be a registry issue,
so you may have to do some editing to make this work properly. When
you do be EXTREMELY careful - botching your registry can require
extensive work to fix.

Check out the Microsoft article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246183
- it looks to be a registry issue. Be EXTREMELY careful to follow
these steps to the letter, as a botched registry can make for a really
bad day.
Thanks for you help. I saw this article prior to posting and I was really
afraid to do anything that would hurt the registry file. I know some about
computers but not enough to mess around with the registry.
