I'm supposed to have 2GB RAM in this PC. It's showing 1910MB in Control
Panel>System. Is 1910MB the same as 1.9GB? Or is my PC not seeing both1GB
sticks?

Some of that loss is due to your Video adapter card.. esp if it has 128mb
on the card... then 1910 GB should be correct.

If your system uses shared video memory, then some of your 2GB of RAM
will be devoted to the video system, and Windows won't report it as
RAM in the control panel applet. Yes, 1.9 GB is about the same as
1910MB, the machine is certainly seeing both sticks.

1910 Mb is 2,002,780,160 Bytes (which is *not* 2Gb in memory terms).
However you may have lost some of your memory to the graphics card if you
have shared memory.
