Default quick entry of mail address

I seem to have to fill in my email address innumerable times when
browsing sites.

Is there a quick way of entering this info., perhaps by making
keystroke/s or shortcut/s. ?

Another option is to install the Google toolbar
http://toolbar.google.com

Using its Autofill feature you can insert your email address (and other
contact details if you wish) into any webform at the click of a button.

I like ArsClip for this functionality. Since it is a no-install
application, I keep a copy on my thumbdrive and have my favorite clips
with me wherever I go. You can find it at;
