Default Problem with BlueTooth Devices

I have a Belkin BlueTooth GPS which I use with Microsoft Streets &
Trips. I have to recouple the GPS with the security code every time I
boot up. I've been using the GPS for about Two years now and this
problem just surfaced about two weeks ago.

When I connect, I get a "balloon" message stating "Connection Failed"
retry using the security code. I type in the code, it connects, and
all is fine until I shut down. It seems to not be saving my settings.

Anyone have any Ideas?
