No color in my email letters,& ebay listings,page looks bland

Greeting's....
I'm not sure what I did,but the appearence of the pages I view from
website's,are basically bland compared to before.I also highlight & try to
add color to my email letter's & my ebay ad description's & get just black &
white.the bar on the bottom of my screen that show's a page loading also has
changed from small pieces to a solid bar.I'm sure this is a simple setting
fix,I just haven't figured it out yet.
All help would be appreciated.

Hello Oak

It sounds as if you might have an Accessibility Option selected. Have a
look in Control Panel | Accessibility Options, Display tab and make sure
the box is *not* checked.

Hey Nightowl,
Thank's for the quick responce.
Your advice did work,
I did get the color back in my letter's for my email,I'll check my ebay
stuff in a min,
I'm not sure as to why my pages look so bland,basically black & white.
The way this page look's has changed,hopefully all the other's will too.
I'll post how the other pages look.
