[X-post to OE General]

Assuming the new computer is running WinXP, not Vista:

1. http://www.oehelp.com/oedef.aspx; then...

2a. http://www.oehelp.com/oelnk.aspx

2b. Start [ | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs ] | Set Program Access and
Defaults | Email | ...

If still no joy, see:

Thanks! Yes, XP. While waiting I figured out the answer from other posts. But
I still have one more (related) problem. Maybe you could help? When I click
on a 'contact us' email address in a website, nothing happens! How do I fix
this? Thank you again.
