Default Multi-program rescue disk?

Hi,

I have several programs that offer the option to create their own
rescue disks - Acronis True Image, Partition Magic 8, AVG Anti-virus,
WinRescue, etc...

I would like to put all of them on one bootable CD with some system
utilities and a boot menu.

Anyone know a website where I could get some info on how to do this??
