When I click on Start, My Computer, C: Windows opens a Search dialogue box by
default. The search option appears in bold at the top of the sub menu if I
right click on C:
This is a pain and I want Open to be the default action. How do I change
this?

This problem can happen if you alter the Drive or File Folders entries via
the File Types dialog, for example to add a "Command Prompt here" or "Print
Directory" feature for folders.
