making up a group list

I would like to make up a new group list of addresses in Windows Live Mail.

Do I have to go to each of the mails I sent and then transfer each address
to a list or is there a way to directly transfer these address I sent to, to
my new group list? Thanks for advice.

Does it have anything like "import/export"? You might try that.
