login problem

when i try to log in to my pc it stops on the window screen until i put
cntrl+alt+delete the system open please help me in not to let it ask for such
thing and thank u in advance

- Click Start / Run / control userpasswords2 {Enter}
- Tick the box that requires users to enter a password.
- Click your account name.
- Untick the box that requires users to enter a password.
- Click OK.
- Enter the password for your account when prompted.
If it is a blank password, click OK.
