The Local Settings folder for "myname" returns to hidden when the system is
rebooted. ("Myname" is also the administrator.)
Under Folder Options, View, I have clicked the option "Show hidden files and
folders" many, many times. The folder remains visible until I reboot.
Also, the Local Settings folder for both Administrator and Default User
remain visible. The Local Settings folder was previously not hidden, but
something (or me) has now changed it to hidden.
How can I set it to stay visible? Thank you for your help --
As I said, it was previously not hidden. I want to be able to delete cookies
and temporary internet files through Windows Explorer, as I have done for a
very long time.
