language bar for simplified chinese IME 3.0

Hi, this language bar has so many user interface bugs that it's behaving
unpredictably under XPPro(English) that makes it nearly impossible to choose
options like simplified vs traditional Chinese.
Is there any update for this? If yes, where can I find it?
