You could use DHCP.
You should also fix your clock and/or time zone. You're posting in the

Well - if you are switching between 'static only' networks - that (or a
script) is pretty much a necessity.
If you can use DHCP - I suggest you do so.
Otherwise - look into NETSH and exporting your network profiles and
importing them with a script for each location. That way - if you have to
have Static in each location - it is just the running a script after you
boot up/logon per location.
