When I try to open some link from internet explorer. The popup windows says "Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to closed. sorry for inconvenience. then We clik into detail it said something about ModeName: kernel32.dll. Does anyone experience with this problem. Thanks
All updates are installed,+ IE cumlative update...Thier are some hotfixes
for that but,seems the update(s) have fixed that problem..Try kb923996
or kb921090

but kb 923996 is related to html.dll and I can not find kb 921090
