Default Image software/utility

Is there a good but FREE image program?
I used Ghost some years back using ME/98 but most of the time it didn't
restore image - when needed.

Furthermore if I format a system partition, will i be able to restore image
without installing XP?
Cause I am using NTFS.

There is a freeware group you can ask, alt.comp.freeware, but I used
paragon 'free something' at the time and it worked nicely, but haven't
had to restore so I cannot say my experience on that end.

But many recommend the paragon utilities.

He could find answers to several of these questions with a bit of googling.

Yes i can.
but as i asked "GOOD" which you can only judge by your personal experience.
I already googled before asking here, which came out with 78 programs on
first page only - i clicked.
I think you should learn from Airman Basic.
If you dont know leave it.

Will this also do Vista / Windows 7 and the 64 bit versions?
