Default IE7 shutdown chain reaction

Hello
Actually not just IE7, some other software too
When one of the windows shuts down, other instances would shut down too
How could I modify this behaviour in XP? I just want the one to shut down to
shut down...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Jack

Default RE: IE7 shutdown chain reaction

There is now way to my knowledge. All the IE7 windows share a single process,
so when one of them stalls and the process is terminated all of them close.

You can circumvent this problem by installing a free IE addon called "IE7
pro" which keeps a record of all open windows and re-opens them after a
crash. Try looking for "IE7 pro" on google.
