I recently added an IE 7 plug in to Internet Explorer 7 browser called
SIDEBAR. My question is -
On the Internet Explorer command bar there is a command button, Which is
XML with a screentip that reads Subscribe in sidebar. Does anyone know what
this does ? I have searched the help site for the plug in and cannot find the
answer. I thought that it might be to view source, but that might be way out
in left field.

The only thing that you can normally subscribe to, in IE 7, are RSS
news feed. This may place a direct link to a news feed direct onto
your Sidebar.
