How to retrieve a very large deleted file

i accidently deleted all my files from a Hard Drive. Help!??? How can i
get them back?

go to google and do a search on undelete

turn the machine off at once!
the more you use the machine...the greater likelihood of overwriting the
data.

Now...on another machine...install some undelete software...
then slave the drive from the drive to be recovered to it...

If you shut the machine down *immediately* after doing the deletion...
your data should still be there

Retrieve the backup (image) that you certainly have.
