Default How to restore Compaq Evo D510 Ultra-slim Desktop to original sett

I have a Compaq Evo D510 Ultra-slim Desktop. I ordered compaq restore plus
and OS CD to restore my computer to ideal conditions. I inserted both CD's
one by one but nothing happened, then I browsed the CD's to run setup files,
I could install few differnt things but couldn't get to a point wheere I
would be asked whether I wanted to install a fresh copy of windows xp. I
formated one part of hard disc, other couldnt be formated. Now I am getting
the message 'Grup loading stage 1.5 error 22' and computer doesn't boot.
Thanks for any help.
I changed the boot order and even disabled the boot from Hard Disc (Storage>
Boot Order) and inserted Restor Plus and OS CD's one by one but it didn't
work.

Start with restore CD #1. If that doesn't boot, you either got the wrong CD
(not a restore CD) or got a version that does not work on Evo D510 (this is
an old PC, isn't it?). If it does boot, follow step by step instruction to
restore OS.

If your bios is set to boot from CD (first) and the CD is bootable then
all should work. It would then just be a matter of follow the leader
though the directions.
So something is amiss if that does not work. I'd suggest talking with
Compaq as they seem to think they sent you the right CD's.
If you have more than one partition, then one of them might be a restore
partition. In which case there is a certain keystroke at bootup like
F8 or F12 that makes the restore kick in. The restore is loaded on the
first partition then and it restores the OS to the 2nd one. Your manual
may explain this.
