Default How much time do I have to install Windows XP Pro?

I built my own PC about two years ago, and at that time, also
purchased an OEM copy of Windows XP Professional, SP2. I haven't
installed it yet, but have been running Windows 98SE and keeping that
going.

Is there a deadline by which I have to install and activate Windows XP
Professional before I cannot do so, and if so, how much time do I
have? Is this the same deadline of June 30 for the end of Windows XP
availabillity?

Thanks in advance.

And I believe June 30 is the end date of allowing OEM's to install WinXP on
their new computers, (unless MS extends it again - but I wouldn't bank on
that).
