How to make sound when CAP LOCKS turned on or off?
Could someone please tell me what to do in order to make a sound heard
whenever I hit the Caps Lock key? I have tried everything in the control
panel with no luck. Thanks.

Hi queen of hearts,
Did you check ToggleKeys in Accessibility Options?
Regards,

Do you hit it by accident and want to be alerted when it happens. Patti told
you how to do this, but I have the same problem, and you may be interested
on what I do. Rather than have it make a sound, I have the key turned off
entirely, so hitting it does nothing. I do that with a little free program
called SharpKeys at http://www.randyrants.com/sharpkeys/
I use the same program to turn off the Insert key, another key I never want
to use, but someits press accidentally.

Thanks Ken, but I can't have that key turned off because I acutally do use
it quite frequently. I appreciate the response though. Rach.

OK, if you use the key (I never do on purpose) then my solution wouldn't
work for you.

Open Accessibility Options: click Start, click Control Panel, and then
double-click Accessibility Options.
Turn on ToggleKeys.
Ok
