My PC include 2 Physical disks:

1 with two disks: c primary partition ( system) and d logical partition
2 with two disks: e primary partition and f logical partition

How can I join e and f partitions to become one ???

Note: these are not system partions and they are empty !!!

Unfortunately, no version of Windows before Vista provides any way of
changing the existing partition structure of the drive
nondestructively. The only way to do that is with third-party
software.

However, since the partitions are both empty, the simplest way by far
to accomplish what you want is just to repartition and reformat the
drive. Don't join the partitions, just start over on the drive.

Programs such as Partition Magic 8.0 and Arcronis Disk Director Suite 10
will do the job but you have to pay for these products. There may be free
programs that can do the job but you may have to spend some time looking for
them

Use BootitNG, and create a boot disk using the "Partition tools only"
option, (free to use the partition tools).
If you create the wrong type of disk, click "maintainence mode" when the
program runs to go into the partition tools.

You can do it without loss of data, but it's a good idea to back everything
up just in case.

Make sure you know which drives are which before you join them.

You stated: "they are empty". Therefore, they can be eliminated. The
resulting new freespace can be used to create one partition. All within
XP's disk manager.

LOL, missed that, someting to do with the overuse of exclamation marks I
think.

Yes, he can just use XP's disk manager to delete both partitions and create,
then format a new one.

Thank you all:
I did:

Use the "computer managment"/"disk managment" tool:
"change drive letter" option.
And
"Delete partion" and "format" options.

Very Simple !!!

If they are not system partitions and are empty, delete them and create one
new one, and format it. Otherwise, you must use 3rd party software.
