How to get a replacement OEM CD?

How do I obtain a replacement OEM CD for Windows as I need to do a complete
new install.

OEM versions are supported by the OEM, not by Microsoft. You'll have
to work with whoever you got the software from.

All OEMs that I am aware of quit supporting W98 quite a while back. Your
best bet for finding an OEM disk is on EBay or perhaps
