How do you add Folder Comments in XP

I am trying to add comments to a folder in XP Pro, is there a way to do that
or is just not possible anymore? One of the options was to use the Customize
Folder Wizard which I just can't find or doesn't pop up anywhere.

Any help would be deeply appreciated

Thank you guys, the info tip would do it, but question again, is the
IESHWIZ.EXE a safe file to download? Is it part of Windows or can you get it
as a microsoft download?
