How does Peter K manage to press the three keys simultaneously? I
tried and all I can get is qwa or qaw or wqa ... etc typed in the
Notepad window.

The q-w-a combination is a common cat footprint. There's even a program
somewhere that detects this sort of thing and discards it.

Well I don't really want to do this. Sometimes when I am typing, I
accidentally hit key combinations which elicit a beep (and q, w, a was just
a simple key combination I came up with to demonstrate a beep).
I want to try to stop these accidental beeps, as I sometimes listen to
streaming music, and it is rather annoying to suddenly receive a loud BEEP
directly into my ear.

That loud BEEP is your computer's way of telling you that you're a
****ing moron.

Sounds to me that the PC is working perfectly as designed.
