Do you have some kind of third-party popup blocker or anti-spyware
program that has an option checked to lock your home page?

Mike,

IE 7 has a RunOnce bug that kicks you to their site

Always ask IE questions in the respective newsgroup:

microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
