HELP! Need to Uninstall Password Protected Program!
Hi! I have had a internet filtering program (CyberSieve) on my computer for
a while now as my kids have grown up but now that they are out of the house I
am wanting to remove the filter program. One slight problem...I can't
remember the password. I've contacted technical support for the program
multiple times
and have heard no response. If I go to uninstall the program it - again -
asks for a password. Is there ANY way of recovering the password? In the
registry, maybe? Any suggestions would be helpful. I would like to avoid
reformatting the computer if at all possible! Thanks!
Re: HELP! Need to Uninstall Password Protected Program!
The CyberSieve website has easy-to-find instructions about what to do if you
can't remember or if you've lost the password and how one uninstalls the
application. I found it in less than 5 seconds using Google.
