Default HELP - Cannot locate the the user group

My 13 year old son that knows just enough about computers to be dangerous was
trying to set up a remote network connection. Now when our computer boots up
a small media center window pops up asking for his password. He enters his
password and he does everything he did before. But the rest of the family
can't get to our stuff (i.e. calendars etc).. Before, our computer would boot
up and it would show all of the users in our family. I could click on mine
and enter my password and away I could go. When I go to the start button
there is no "Switch User" button like there once was. I see our user's names
when I went to his control pad and clicked User Group.. There we all are!
But this is not a place to launch from.. just a place to change the user name
passwords etc.. All of this said, I think he changed a setting, but he
doesn't know which one..

Can anyone help me?

Go to Control Panel>User Accounts and on the left click on the link to
change how users log on. Enable the Welcome Screen and Fast User
Switching. Have a talk with your son about not changing things on the
family computer.
