Default Hard Drive replacement question? (Ata or Sata, or Pata)

So I am trying to replace the internal hard drive in my emachines
computer. I bought the computer in December of 2005. I just need
clarification on a few things.
So far I removed the old drive. Here are the specs...
Name: Seagate Barracuda 7200.7
It was connected with a cable that said Serial Ata.
And a power cable with 5 wires. With P8, P9 and P10 written on them.
I am pretty sure it is an Ide drive as well.
When I go to the store what specs are the most important to look for?

Then it's a S(erial) ATA - SATA - drive.

Check the specs for that drive on the Seagate site.
