Default force folders to "detail view" for entire company

Is it possible to make it so all of my users will see files and folders in
detail view by default?

This would make training alot easier.

Your PC is limited to 400 files by default. To increase this setting go to
below for download to increase and apply this for all users.
Folders View (increase from 400 to 8000, line #2, left column)

The issue I need to have fixed is not the number of files viewable, but to
set the default view to detailed.

Thank you for your advice, but that dosen't address the issue.
