Default Folders wont auto refresh view

Hi

I have two pc's. If I create a new folder within a folder or cut and paste a
file into a folder on one of them, it immediately shows that new file or
folder.

My new pc doesn't. I have to go view - refresh to get it to show the new
file.

This is obviously a setting as one pc does it for me.

Anyone know where I can find it?

Thanks
