I've always been able to choose (I think it was called) the slideshow option
for viewing photos in any given folder. Now all that's available is
Thumbnails, tiles, icons, lists, details. I really miss this option for
viewing my many photo folders. Any idea how I can get it back?
Thanks,
Monica

Right-click the folder, click Properties, click the Customize tab, and
change to the Pictures or Photo Album views. Those are the only two
with the Slideshow option.
Thanks for the reply Joe. It was already on Photo Albums. I found my
problem. Under the General tab in Folder Options, I'd inadvertently changed
it to "use Windows classic folders" instead of "show common tasks in
folders". Changing it back to the latter brought back the filmstrip option
