Folder option in tools menu is gone

Hi
My folder option in tools menu is gone and i can't access to hidden files
anymore
I am using winXP and I scanned my pc so many times by norton anti virus but
nothing found.
But while opening saved HTML files auto protect shows that VBS.SOLOW is
detected and automaticaly deleted.
Anybody can help me pls?

Sounds like Norton isn't doing its job if you scanned and it didn't pick
anything up:

NOTE that after so many executions, the script starts deleting files.

Maybe run this online scanner and see what it picks up:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Then I'd uninstall Norton (used to be good, lately just bloated and a
resource hog) and install a free AV program like AntiVir
(http://www.free-av.com/ ), AVG (http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 ), or
similar.

Mostly caused by Spywares / Malwares. Do you have an Anti-Spyware installed?

To recover Folder Options, try the following link:

Click the link "Missing Folder Option" or "No Folder Options in Control
Panel and Tools Menu" and Run the Registry fix.

May require you to Restart your PC.
