Maybe uninstall the keyboard driver?
Right-click "My Computer" > Properties > "Hardware" tab > "Device Manager"
button > double-click "Keyboards". Select your keyboard and uninstall it.
Reboot and Windows will reinstall the driver. It might fix it. Generally
Windows XP won't ask for the CD but have it handy just in case.
If the keyboard is USB or external you may need a third party driver.
Thanks Mark for the info but that did not work. The Fn key still does not
work on my built in keyboard. Any other suggestions ?
